1. I purchased a SD memory card but the size is too wide and will not fit in the slot of the camera. Can you please tell me the correct SD card to order?

2. Dear YCC, I added a Samsung SD card of 64GB after the free cloud plan had ended. I can see on the SD card that my camera does record clips. But when I receive a notification of sound or movement, I cannot review the notification. I keep on getting the message that ‘Your device’s YCC365 Plus Recording Service Plan has expired. Want to Renew?’.

   How do I setup the camera so I can review the recorded message clips from the SD card?
