Register user account and log in

Why can’t I add a device with WIFI connection?

Please make sure that the device has been restored to factory settings before adding the device: long press the reset button until a voice prompt is issued.

In addition, the camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal. If it is 5G routing, please turn on the dual-band mode of the router and select 2.4G signal.

During the normal adding process, three-step voice prompts will appear in se- quence;
(1) “Waiting for connection”
(2) “Network connection is successful”
(3) “Camera is online”

Why is the video intermittent?

  • When there is a cloud service, the cloud service defaults to event recording.
    When an event occurs, motion detection will be triggered to record. No event occurs without recording, The recording bar is blank and cannot be viewed (you can also go to the cloud recording service to purchase all day Recording will not be intermittent, there will be recordings if there are events or no recordings, and you can review them)
  • If event recording is selected for T card recording, motion detection will be triggered to record when an event occurs. Why can’t the mobile phone receive the alarm message?

    The notification push permission of the overseas version of the app has been turned on, and the ” action/human figure” in the device message notification has been turned on.
  • If you turn it on, you still can’t receive pushes. Please confirm whether your phone supports Google services. Some phones that don’t support Google services cannot receive pushes, and you need to connect to the Internet.

What should I do if the display camera is disconnected?

First confirm whether the power supply and network are normal, and there is no problem before powering off the camera and restarting it. If the connection is still disconnected after restarting, please remove the camera from the APP and add it again.
